SERVICE REGULATIONS PERMANSIO
The company offers the following services:
1. PASSENGER TRANSPORT BY CAR OR VAN FOR UP TO 7 PASSENGERS
1.1 One-way transportation will be charged per kilometer in accordance with the regulations and the
current price list for each vehicle. The price includes vehicle, professional English-speaking driver, per
diem allowances and meals for the driver, fuel, transportation, tolls, vignettes (except Switzerland)
and taxes.
The price does not include additional parking spaces, tip for the driver (not mandatory), or possible
boarding on ferries and trains (La Manche), and entrances to protected localities or places where there
is an additional charge for disembarkation of guests.
When booking, a 100% deposit of the agreed amount is required immediately.
Cancellation of a reservation up to 30 days before the start of the service provision is free of charge
and will be refunded in full.
Cancellation of a reservation from 7 to 30 days before the start of the service provision will be charged
30% of the reservation amount.
Cancellation of the reservation up to 7 days before the planned start of the service will be charged
100% of the amount.
Any potential vehicle damage caused by the guest/client will be charged directly to the guest.
Consumption of food and alcoholic beverages is not permitted while driving.
Smoking of tobacco products and electronic cigarettes is not allowed inside the vehicle.
Delay of more than 20 minutes at boarding at the agreed departure time will be charged as an
additional one hour of vehicle rental service with a driver in accordance with the current price list.
1.2. One-way transportation will be charged per kilometer in accordance with the regulations and the
current price list for each vehicle, with waiting time being charged additionally at an hourly rate in
accordance with the regulations and the current price list for each vehicle. If the transportation is
longer than 600 km or the driver spent more than 10 hours from the starting position to the arrival at
the destination (with stops), then the user of the transportation service is obliged to pay an additional
per diem allowance and overnight stay for the driver in accordance with the regulations and the
current price list. The price includes vehicle, professional English-speaking driver, per diem allowances
and meals for the driver, fuel, transportation, tolls, vignettes (except Switzerland) and taxes.

destination, where one day of waiting is additionally charged as one day of vehicle rental with a driver
on a multi-day tour, i.e. with overnight accommodation for the driver included, according to the
current price list for an individual vehicle, and the return mileage is not additionally charged if the
return is intended to be via the same route (if the return mileage increases, the regulations and daily
vehicle rental price list apply).
The price includes vehicle, professional English-speaking driver, per diem allowances and meals for
the driver, fuel, transportation, tolls, vignettes (except Switzerland) and taxes.
The price does not include additional parking spaces, tip for the driver (not mandatory), or possible
boarding on ferries and trains (La Manche), and entrances to protected localities or places where there

individual vehicle. Additional mileage and additional hourly rates that exceed the agreed upon
framework are charged in accordance with the regulations and the current price list for the individual
vehicle.
The price includes vehicle, professional English-speaking driver, per diem allowances and meals for
the driver, fuel, transportation and taxes.
The price does not include additional parking, tolls, and entrances to protected sites or places where
there is an additional charge for disembarkation of guests.
Tip for the driver is not included (not mandatory).

1.6. Rental of a vehicle with drivers on duty 24 hours a day, which includes up to 24 hours of vehicle
and driver at your disposal, and the mileage included in the vehicle rental regulations with a driver for
up to 12 hours and the current price list for the individual vehicle. Additional mileage that exceeds the
agreed upon framework will be charged in accordance with the regulations and the current price list
for the individual vehicle.
The price includes vehicle, professional English-speaking driver, per diem allowances and meals for
the driver, fuel, transportation and taxes.
The price does not include additional parking, tolls, and entrances to protected sites or places where
there is an additional charge for disembarkation of guests.
Tip for the drivers is not included (not mandatory).

1.7. Rental of a vehicle with a driver per hour, which includes vehicle and driver at your disposal, as
well as the mileage included in the regulations and the current price list for each vehicle. Additional
mileage that exceeds the agreed upon framework will be charged in accordance with the regulations
and the current price list for each vehicle.
It is necessary to consume at least 2 hours of the service.
The price includes vehicle, professional English-speaking driver, per diem allowances and meals for
the driver, fuel, transportation and taxes.
The price does not include additional parking, tolls, and entrances to protected sites or places where
there is an additional charge for disembarkation of guests.
Tip for the driver is not included (not mandatory).
At the end of the service, the passenger/s are obliged to sign the time of service completion.

1.8. Rental of a vehicle with one driver on a multi-day tour, which includes up to a maximum of 10
hours of vehicle and driver at your disposal per day (including from the starting point), and the mileage
included in the regulations and the current price list for the individual vehicle. Additional mileage and
additional hourly rates that exceed the agreed upon framework are charged in accordance with the
regulations and the current price list for the individual vehicle.
The price includes vehicle, professional English-speaking driver, overnight and per diem allowances
for the driver, meals for the driver, fuel, transportation and taxes.
The price does not include additional parking and tolls (unless otherwise agreed in advance).
The price does not include entry to protected sites or places where there is an additional charge for
disembarkation of guests, nor possible boarding on ferries and trains (La Manche).
The price does not include a tip for the driver (not mandatory).
Note that drivers on multi-day tours must rest and cannot drive overtime (more than 10 hours per
day) every day unless the following day has a significantly lower hourly rate.

1.9. Rental of a vehicle with two drivers on a multi-day tour, which includes up to 24 hours of vehicle
and driver at your disposal, and the included mileage of the rental of a vehicle with one driver
determined by the regulations and current price list for an individual vehicle. Additional mileage that
exceeds the agreed upon limits will be charged in accordance with the regulations and the current
price list for each vehicle.
The price includes a vehicle, a professional English-speaking driver, overnight and per diem allowances
for drivers, meals for drivers, fuel, transportation and taxes.
The price does not include additional parking and tolls (unless otherwise agreed in advance).
The price does not include entry to protected sites or places where there is an additional charge for
disembarking guests, nor possible boarding on ferries and trains (La Manche).
The price does not include a tip for the driver (not mandatory).

1.10. Airport transfer
Airport transfer is considered a transportation service that is provided to/from the airport at a distance
of no more than 35 km by road, and is paid for at a fixed price, and if the distance is greater than 35
km by road, it is considered one-way transportation and will be charged per kilometer in accordance
with the regulations and the current price list for each vehicle.
Airport transfer is considered to be exclusively transportation without additional stops, stops of up to
10 minutes are tolerated, while longer stops are charged additionally for the vehicle rental service
with a driver in accordance with the regulations and the current price list for the individual vehicle.
1.10.1. Transfer from the airport
Airport transfer includes transportation by agreed vehicle, professional English-speaking driver, airport
parking, water for passengers, disinfectant, internet in the vehicle, and taxes in accordance with the
regulations and the current price list for each vehicle.
The price of the transfer from the airport is 10.00 euros more than the transfer to the airport due to
airport parking, and additional waiting after getting off the plane is not charged.
There is no additional charge for flight delays.
The price does not include a tip for the driver (not mandatory).
The driver will meet the guests at the airport with the desired inscription of the person he is
welcoming.
Airport transfer only includes transportation from the airport to the destination (e.g. hotel), i.e.
transportation does not include previous transportation from the destination (e.g. hotel) to the
airport.
If the client wishes to meet the guests together with the driver and use the airport transfer service, it
will be charged additionally as two airport transfers in accordance with the regulations and the current
price list for each vehicle.
Events that have caused a delay in arrival due to force majeure, such as a flight cancellation or a delay
in arrival on a connecting flight, Permansio will always, within the framework of good cooperation, be
understanding of unexpected situations, provided that: – the same situations are reported to Permansio immediately upon learning of the delay, directly or
through the intermediary who ordered the transport – the delay in arrival occurs within 24 hours of the planned arrival
If the client has booked airport transfer through an intermediary, and upon arrival at the airport
departure terminal, the client does not see a driver with his name, he is obliged to contact Permansio
or the intermediary through whom the transportation was ordered and follow the instructions
(otherwise, he will be charged for transportation equivalent to not arriving at the airport).
If the client(s) does not arrive at the agreed arrival time and does not inform Permansio of the flight
change or missed flight, the reservation will be considered made and charged accordingly.

1.10.2. Transfer to the airport:
The airport transfer price includes transportation by an agreed vehicle, a professional English-speaking
driver, water for passengers, disinfectant, internet in the vehicle and taxes in accordance with the
regulations and the current price list for each vehicle.
The price does not include a tip for the driver (not mandatory).
Delays to the agreed departure time from the hotel are not charged for the first 20 minutes, after
which an additional hourly waiting service will be charged in accordance with the regulations and the
current price list for the individual vehicle.
Each departure to the airport includes only transportation to the airport without additional waiting longer than 10 minutes. Any waiting longer than 10 minutes at the airport is subject to an additional hourly waiting service charge, in accordance with the regulations and the current price list for the
individual vehicle.
The airport transfer service includes transportation exclusively to the airport (transportation does not include return from the airport to the hotel).
If the client/s wish to accompany the passengers together with the driver and use the airport transfer service, and then return with the same vehicle, the same service will be charged at the price list for two airport transfers in accordance with the regulations and the current price list for each vehicle.

1.10.3. Additional vehicle for luggage
An additional vehicle for luggage in airport transfer includes the transportation of luggage in a vehicle intended for the same purpose, parking at the airport and taxes in accordance with the regulations and the current price list for a vehicle intended for the transportation of luggage.
The additional vehicle is not intended for the transportation of passengers.

Cancellation of the reservation from 7 to 30 days before the start of the service will be charged 50% of the reservation amount.

1.11.1. Rental and coordination of multiple vehicles with a driver for delegations in Zagreb
The protocol transportation service is intended for delegations and groups with similar requirements.
The service includes active participation in the organization, detailed analysis and preparation of the service, and final coordination in the implementation of the service, as well as the execution of the service itself to the highest standards.
The service includes the organization of transportation with several or more dozen vehicles led by a coordination team. The service requires that for every 5 vehicles with a driver ordered, the client is obliged to include one coordinator in the financial construction.
The price includes up to 12 hours of vehicle and driver at your disposal, and mileage included in the regulations and the current price list for each vehicle. Additional mileage and additional hourly rates that exceed the agreed upon framework are charged in accordance with the regulations and the current price list for each vehicle.
The price includes a vehicle, a professional English-speaking driver, per diem allowances and meals for
the driver, fuel, transportation and taxes.
The price does not include additional parking, tolls, and entry to protected sites or places where there is an additional charge for disembarkation of guests.
Tip for the driver is not included (not mandatory).

2. PASSENGER TRANSPORT BY BUS OR MINI BUS
2.1. Passenger transport by bus or minibus in one direction is charged per kilometer in accordance with the regulations and the current price list for each vehicle.
The price includes per diem allowances for the driver/s, fuel, transportation, tolls, vignettes and taxes.
The driver can be at your disposal for a maximum of 10 hours in total, of which a maximum of 9 hours is effective (mandatory break).
The price does not include (unless explicitly agreed in advance) additional parking, meals for the driver (the client is obliged to provide this), tip for the driver, or possible boarding on ferries and trains (La Manche), tunnels, or locations where there is an additional charge for disembarking the bus.
Tip for the driver is not included (not mandatory).
When booking, a 100% deposit of the agreed amount is required immediately.
Cancellation of a reservation from 01.04.-30.10. maximum 21 days before the planned start of the service will be charged 100% of the amount.
Cancellation of a reservation from 01.11.-31.03. maximum 7 days before the planned start of the service will be charged 100% of the amount.
Any potential damage to the vehicle caused by the guest/client will be charged directly to the guest.
Smoking of tobacco products and electronic cigarettes is not permitted inside the vehicle.
2.3. Airport transport by bus or minibus
Airport transport is considered a transportation service provided to/from the airport at a distance of no more than 35 km by road, and is paid for at a fixed price, and if the distance is greater than 35 km by road, it is considered a vehicle rental for up to 10 hours and will be charged in accordance with the regulations and the current price list for the individual vehicle.
Airport transport is considered to be transportation without additional stops, stops of up to 30 minutes are tolerated, while for longer stops the service is considered a vehicle rental of up to 10 hours and will be
charged in accordance with the regulations and the current price list for the individual vehicle.
Tip for the driver is not included in the price (not mandatory).
When booking, a 100% deposit of the agreed amount is required immediately.
Cancellation of a reservation from 01.04.-30.10. maximum 21 days before the planned start of the service will be charged 100% of the amount.
Cancellation of a reservation from 01.11.-31.03. maximum 7 days before the planned start of the service will be charged 100% of the amount.
Any potential damage to the vehicle caused by the guest/client will be charged directly to the guest.
Smoking of tobacco products and electronic cigarettes is not allowed inside the vehicle.
2.3.1 Bus or minibus transport from the airport
Airport transfer includes transportation by the agreed vehicle, airport parking and taxes in accordance with the regulations and the current price list for each vehicle.
The price does not include a tip for the driver.
There is no additional charge for flight delays.
Possible waiting at the airport is free of charge and is included in the price, which is 25% higher on average than airport transfer.
Airport transfer includes only one-way transportation from the airport to the destination (e.g. hotel).
If the customer wishes to meet the guests together with the driver and consume the transportation service to the airport, it is considered a vehicle rental of up to 10 hours and will be charged in accordance with the regulations and the current price list for the individual vehicle.
In the event of force majeure delays in arrival such as flight cancellation or delayed arrival on a connecting fllight, the company will always, within the framework of good cooperation, have understanding for unexpected situations provided that the same situations are reported immediately to the Permansio company.
If the client/s do not arrive at the agreed arrival time and do not inform the Permansio company of the flight change or missed flight, the reservation will be considered made and charged accordingly.

Cancellation of a reservation from 01.04.-30.10. maximum 21 days before the planned start of the service will be charged 100% of the amount.
Cancellation of a reservation from 01.11.-31.03. maximum 7 days before the planned start of the service will be charged 100% of the amount.
Any potential damage to the vehicle caused by the guest/client will be charged directly to the guest.
Smoking of tobacco products and electronic cigarettes is not allowed inside the vehicle.

2.3.2. Bus or minibus transport to the airport
The airport transfer price includes transportation by the agreed vehicle and taxes in accordance with the
regulations and the current price list for each vehicle.
The price does not include a tip for the driver (not mandatory).
The airport transfer service includes only transportation to the airport (transportation does not include a return trip from the airport to the starting point, e.g. hotel).
When booking, a 100% deposit of the agreed amount is required immediately.
Cancellation of a reservation from 01.04.-30.10. maximum 21 days before the planned start of the service will be charged 100% of the amount.
Cancellation of a reservation from 01.11.-31.03. maximum 7 days before the planned start of the service will be charged 100% of the amount.
Any potential damage to the vehicle caused by the guest/client will be charged directly to the guest.
Smoking of tobacco products and electronic cigarettes is not allowed inside the vehicle.
2.4. Rental of a bus or minibus with one driver on a multi-day tour, which includes up to 12 hours of
vehicle and driver at your disposal, with the driver at your disposal for a maximum of 9 hours of effective
driving (including from the starting point), and a maximum mileage of 250km per day included in the
regulations and the current price list for each vehicle.
Additional mileage and additional hourly rates are not possible due to legal regulations on mandatory rest
for mobile workers.
The price includes the vehicle, per diem allowances for the driver, fuel, transportation, tolls and taxes.
The price does not include (unless otherwise agreed) overnight accommodation and meals for the driver
(the client is obliged to provide accommodation and three hot meals for the driver).
The price does not include additional parking, tip for the driver, or possible boarding on ferries and trains
(La Manche).
The price does not include additional fees for entering city centers, protected sites, tunnels, etc.
The client is obliged, in cooperation with the Permansio agency, to arrange and provide parking for the
bus in advance at a reasonable distance from the driver’s accommodation.
The client is obliged, in cooperation with the Permansio agency, to provide a room for the driver with his
own bathroom in advance for each destination where he rests and spends the night (the room must not
be shared with another person or persons).
When booking, a 100% deposit of the agreed amount is required immediately.
Cancellation of a reservation from 01.04.-30.10. maximum 21 days before the planned start of the service
will be charged 100% of the amount.
Cancellation of a reservation from 01.11.-31.03. maximum 7 days before the planned start of the service
will be charged 100% of the amount.
Any potential damage to the vehicle caused by the guest/client will be charged directly to the guest.
Smoking of tobacco products and electronic cigarettes is not allowed inside the vehicle.
2.5. Rental of a vehicle with two drivers on a multi-day tour, which includes up to 24 hours of vehicle and
drivers at your disposal, which means a double crew at your disposal for a maximum of 21 hours, and of
that effective driving 2×9 hours, and after that a minimum break of 10 hours, then after a break and sleep
drivers can repeat the specified hourly rates from the beginning.
The included mileage is 250 km per day in total divided by the entire transport quota per day.
Additional mileage that exceeds the agreed upon framework is charged in accordance with the regulations
and the current price list for each vehicle (it is also possible to agree in advance to increase the mileage, if
necessary, since two drivers have the ability to travel over 1500 km without a long break).
The price includes the vehicle, per diem allowances for drivers, fuel, transportation and taxes.
The price does not include (unless otherwise agreed) overnight accommodation and meals for drivers (the
client is obliged to provide accommodation and three hot meals for both drivers).
The price does not include additional parking, tip for the driver, or possible boarding on ferries and trains
(La Manche), tolls, tunnels, entering cities, and disembarking at locations that require additional payment
for buses, etc.
The client is obliged, in cooperation with the Permansio agency, to arrange and provide parking for the
bus in advance at a reasonable distance from the driver’s accommodation.
The client is obliged, in cooperation with the Permansio agency, to provide a room for the driver with his
own bathroom in advance for each destination where he rests and spends the night (the room must not
be shared with another person or persons).
When booking, a 100% deposit of the agreed amount is required immediately.
Cancellation of a reservation from 01.04.-30.10. maximum 21 days before the planned start of the service
will be charged 100% of the amount.
Cancellation of a reservation from 01.11.-31.03. maximum 7 days before the planned start of the service
will be charged 100% of the amount.
Any potential damage to the vehicle caused by the guest/client will be charged directly to the guest.
Smoking of tobacco products and electronic cigarettes is not allowed inside the vehicle.
