PERMANSIO d.o.o. (hereinafter: “Provider”) offers luxury transportation and booking services via the website limocroatia.com.
Booking – A booking is considered confirmed upon payment of a deposit or the full amount (depending on the agreement). – The client is obliged to provide accurate passenger details, date, time, and location.
Payment – Payment options: credit cards, bank transfer, cash on delivery (if agreed). – Prices are in euros and include VAT.
Cancellation and refunds – Cancellation more than 48 hours in advance: full refund or free rescheduling. – Cancellation 24–48 hours in advance: 50% fee. – Cancellation less than 24 hours in advance: 100% fee. – The Provider reserves the right to cancel the service in case of force majeure (without fee).
Liability – The Provider is not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather conditions, or force majeure. – The client is responsible for damage to the vehicle caused intentionally or through gross negligence.
Complaints Send complaints in writing to info@limocroatia.com or by post to the company address. We will respond within 15 days.
Governing law Croatian law. Jurisdiction: court in Zagreb.
